IGTRK Policies and Agreements

I GOT THIS ROUND POLICIES and AGREEMENTS:

As of 8/10/24 classes will be subject to be cancelled 12 hours prior to class time, if no 1 person is signed up.

03/01/24We hold the right to charge a fee for classes canceled by members less than 2 hours prior to class

03/01/24 Classes purchased and booked, with a no show will not be refunded.

03/01/24 Membership Agreement

 IGTRK LLC Membership Term:
The Member agrees to enroll in the kickboxing program for a period of one (1) year, commencing on the start date specified in this Agreement.

2. Membership Fees:
In consideration for the kickboxing program, the Member agrees to pay a monthly membership fee as agreed upon for the duration of the one-year term. Payment shall be made on a monthly basis, and any outstanding fees are due promptly.

3. Kickboxing Classes:
The Facility agrees to provide kickboxing classes throughout the membership term. The schedule and nature of classes may be subject to change at the discretion of the Facility.

4. Code of Conduct:
The Member agrees to adhere to the Facility's code of conduct, which includes but is not limited to respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow members, compliance with safety guidelines, and appropriate use of facilities.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation of the membership before the end of the one-year term is subject for relocation or pregnancy. Refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of the membership. In the event that a member needs to terminate their contract for other reasons prior to the year being up, 30 days notice plus a $450 termination fee will accrue, due at the time of termination. If a membership payment is due within the 30 days notice period, the full last month will be charged on the normal scheduled date. Members will be able to pause accounts for 90 days in the event of sickness or injury.

6. Assumption of Risk:
The Member acknowledges and understands that participation in kickboxing activities involves inherent risks. The Member assumes full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during participation.

7. Termination:
The Facility reserves the right to terminate the membership in the event of the Member's violation of the code of conduct or failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

8. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mchenry County.

9. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.

10. All class participants and members must sign a waiver prior to being eligible to partake in classes at the facility.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Kickboxing Membership Agreement as of the Effective Date. (effective date, when persons sign up for their membership online, over the phone, or in person)
